Enda Enerji Holding is entering a new phase in which it will transform the generation capacity, corporate expertise and strong infrastructure it has built over more than 30 years into tangible steps toward growth. As I assume the position of Chairman of the Board, I consider it an important responsibility to carry this strong legacy, built through the efforts of many, into the future and to share our vision for the period ahead.
The energy sector is undergoing a comprehensive transformation driven by energy security, the fight against climate change and technological developments. Türkiye’s strong renewable energy potential and growing energy demand are turning this transformation into a significant opportunity for our sector. With its entirely renewable portfolio comprising hydropower, wind, solar and geothermal resources, together with its highly qualified human capital, Enda Enerji is well positioned to play an active role in this transformation.
From Experience to Growth With our initial public offering in 2025, we passed an important milestone. In addition to providing resources for our growth objectives, this process further elevated our responsibilities in the areas of corporate governance, transparency and stakeholder communication.
In the period ahead, our priority will be to sustain our growth in Türkiye while bringing the investment projects we have been working on for some time to life, and to continue our selective growth through the investments we have initiated abroad. In our investment decisions, we will continue to consider financial sustainability, operational efficiency, environmental responsibility and our long-term objectives together. We will regularly share developments with you within the framework of our public disclosure obligations.
Technology and Energy Trading For our company, which manages all its processes—from finance to generation, maintenance to reporting—through integrated digital systems and management standards, technology is not a promise for the future but an established capability. The next step in this infrastructure is to ensure that the energy we generate is valued as effectively as possible under market conditions.
We expect electricity trading to become more dynamic, data-driven and technology-oriented in the post-YEKDEM period. We view technology not only as a means of improving operational efficiency, but also as a strategic tool that enables more informed decision-making in energy trading. Through our data-driven approach, we aim to enhance the value of our portfolio and adapt agilely to changing market conditions.
Operational Strength and Sustainability We do not view our growth objectives separately from the reliable and efficient operation of our existing power plants. Continuity of generation, high availability, occupational health and safety, and cost discipline form the foundation of our operational approach. The improvement, modernization and capacity expansion projects we have planned at our power plants, together with preventive maintenance and digital monitoring applications, will further enhance the performance of our existing assets. By taking our environmental and social responsibilities into account across all our activities, we will continue to create value for future generations.
Engagement with Our Stakeholders Following our initial public offering, the expansion of our investor base has further increased our responsibility toward our stakeholders. We will continue to meet this responsibility through regular and high-quality information sharing. One of Enda Enerji’s greatest strengths is its management model, which combines its broad shareholder structure with a strong corporate governance approach. In the new period, we will continue to move forward without compromising our commitment to transparency, accountability and long-term value creation.
Our greatest strength on this journey is the vision of our Board of Directors, the dedication of our colleagues and the trust of you, our shareholders. By bringing together the experience we have built over the years with the technologies of the future, we will work with determination to make Enda Enerji a stronger, more efficient and more sustainable organization.
