Born in İzmir in 1971, Ali Enver Bakioğlu graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in the United States in 1995 with a degree in Packaging and Printing Science.
He began his career at Bak Ambalaj, gaining experience in production, product development, technical procurement and marketing before serving as the company’s General Manager from 1998 to 2001.
He currently chairs the boards of several companies within Bakioğlu Holding. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Baknet Bilgi İşlem Taşımacılık Tic. A.Ş., Freshbak Organik Doğal Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Meyv Dondurulmuş Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and Enda Enerji Holding A.Ş., as well as at Baksaş Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş.
Bakioğlu is a founding member and Board Member of the Flexible Packaging Manufacturers Association (FASD), Vice Chairman of the Packaging Manufacturers Association (ASD), and a member of the Executive Committee of Flexible Packaging Europe (FPE). He is also a founding member and
Vice Chairman of the Aegean Forest Foundation, as well as a founding member and Chairman of the İzmir Aviation Club Association (İZHAK).
Ali Enver Bakioğlu is married and has two children.
