Born in İzmir in 1970, Volkan Fesçi graduated from İzmir Atatürk High School and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Technical University. He later pursued graduate studies in business administration in the United States.
Fesçi began his career at İmpo Motor Pompa A.Ş. in 1997, where he led the company’s strategic partnership process with Franklin Electric. Following the completion of the partnership in 2011, he was appointed General Manager and remained in the role until 2018.
He founded Pasteks Tekstil in 2014 and photovoltaic module manufacturer VES Solar Enerji in 2022. He completed the sale of VES Solar Enerji in 2024.
Fesçi serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Enda Enerji Holding A.Ş. and as a Board Member at Egenda Ege Enerji Üretim A.Ş. He is proficient in English.
Volkan Fesçi is married and has two children.
