Born in İzmir in 1973, Serdar Dağıstan graduated from Bornova Anadolu High School and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University. He later completed MBA and Master of Project Management (MPM) degrees at Northwestern University in the United States.
Dağıstan began his career in the United States, holding management positions at Valenti Builders in Chicago between 1997 and 2006. After returning to Türkiye in 2006, he founded CDS Yapı A.Ş. Since 2007, he has developed residential and lifestyle centre projects in several locations under the Palmiye Park brand.
He is also the founder of Goya Hub Shared Office and serves as a Board Member at Deren A.Ş. Having held various roles at the Bornova Anadolu High School Education Foundation and on the BALEV Board of Trustees, he currently serves as Chairman of Regnum Bodrum Golf Club.
Serdar Dağıstan is married and has one child.
